– Surface preparation: The surface needs to be clean, dry, and free of dirt.
– Mixing: Stir well with a stirrer at a speed of 300 – 400 rpm until the material is homogeneous about 5 minutes before application.
– Construction method:
• Primer: Dilute Valastic 595 with 10 – 15% clean water and apply to a properly prepared surface at a rate of 0.25 – 0.35kg/m2.
• Coating: Use a brush or roller to apply Valastic 595 vigorously and evenly onto the surface after the primer has dried at a rate of 0.3 – 0.5kg/m2/layer.
• When applying the second layer, it should be done in a direction diagonal to the first construction to minimize the rolling process between the two layers of material during construction.
• Apply at least 2 coats.
– Cleaning: Clean tools and equipment immediately after construction with clean water.
– Safety instructions: Alkaline products can cause skin allergies. Wear appropriate safety glasses and gloves when working.
– Storage: Cool, dry, shaded place.
– Expiry date: Minimum 12 months from date of manufacture (if stored properly in intact, unopened containers)
